Care Instructions
For correct cleaning and storage, please:

Do not use paper products or other abrasive materials to clean the lenses, use the cleaning cloth provided
Do not leave the sunglasses in areas of concentrated heat and sunlight, such as on a car dashboard or hanging from a rear view mirror
Protect the frames and lenses by storing your sunglasses in the protective case provided
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Alternative Sun product purchased within the last 14 days, please contact our Support team via email who will discuss either a replacement or refund on receipt of the item(s) returning to our offices

Products should be returned with the original unmarked packaging, including any accessories and documentation that was included with the product

Every custom order is hand-made to your specification. Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange

Faulty Goods and Replacement
If you have chosen to replace a faulty product, a new product will be sent to you as soon as the faulty product has been returned, received and processed by our office. This also applies to custom orders
